Maybe we should add Seaturtles to that list. We all are turtles.

There are a few people out there that think we are crazy for caring so much for the sea turtles, so don't go lumping them into our boat. They probably are saddened that they can no longer legally eat sea turtles. Oh, they like them, but only for the taste.

You can use 2 eggs or one if you use 50 percent more oil. They will be fudgy, not cakey. Cakey is the devil's work!
