Fall SoWal Soiree Date

New posts
OK y'all, trying to play ketchup here. I read through this really quick. Seems we are set for the 11th.
Since I can't drink (as much) anymore, I won't need a dd, so you can turn your phone off this time Elgordo. Still forever graytfull for your sacrifice. Thanks again.

OK, Hodown on the 11th, so I guess that means Sailing on the 12th? Alrighty then.

Who am I sleeping with this time?

Remember y'all to dress warm just in case we get frozen out again. And we could use a few more die hards. If y'll had just hung out a little while longer the wind stopped, the temperature went up and it was the most beautiful evening.

Calendar is marked. Mimi-me is ready to come out of the closet and get blown
up. Currently he is in a shoebox on the shelf. Recovering from the last ho-
down.

you and mini-me are always welcome!!

This wedding thing suks! It's 2 days after my wedding anniversary, and my in-laws know we are always in sowal for that for years now. Can't believe the bride didn't have the foresight to realize this is going to seriously hamper her wedding gift. So now I'll be in Maryland or Marryland, as she calls it.

We'll figure something out.

We will need a mini mango!!

I think we need to go in together and get a limo to shuttle between the beach wedding at Seagrove Beach and the SoWal soiree at Grayton Beach. Its not like we all haven't multi-tasked at several events during a day and evening. At least it is the fall season, and we can layer our ensembles.

Will this work or are we traveling on surface streets?

Soiree and A Kayak for Butter

Wouldn't you just know it! I went ahead and made airline reservations but won't arrive until late in the evening on October 11th. Hopefully, Butter and I will see most of you here and there...while we are there. We'll be there Oct. 11 through 20. No hurricanes or tropical storms then, please.

Butter has a new kayak up in Bainbridge Island. He fits handily into the fore hatch. In his international distress orange bandana (matches the cockpit trim and racing stripe on the boat), he looks quite jaunty...a fuzzy bowsprit. Even has a little doggy flotation device in orange, with a handle on the top so that you can pick him up like a lunch box. Very cute.

My BIL is very upset to be missing this too. he had such a great time the short while he was there last time. You were one of his favorite peeps.

Yes, my first missed ho down, but there in spirit. I'll be around soon, though.
You should have planned the wedding. They should have just had it on the beach FTLOG.

:angry: Boo Hiss that you've got to Miss the partay ... for a wedding that should be at the beach in the 1st place.
