It was me, a tiara, and I was the only one.

I had a hat but was dumb enough to wait until dusk to arrive and felt silly as I saw no other hats like it. I carried it in, but never wore it. I'll be there early this time so I can meet more people.

I actually took the tinfoil off and reused it on some leftovers.

I won't be able to stay as late as I'd like as I need to get up early the next day to go over and tag Sturgeon for a day with the FWS. Can't wait to do that either.

On another thread our very own intelligent Scooterbug suggested that we bring canned items to the soiree. Someone could collect them there and then deliver them to a local charity....what do ya'll think???

great idea, if there is a person willing to coordinate it. otherwise, we can coordinate it later when a sowal volunteer has the time to select the local charity, make announcements, collect donations, and deliver all collected donations. if anyone has time to do this between now and then - that would be awesome.
