Today is better. Except for the fact I went for the annual squishing of the humps and the technician loved to talk more than me and it took twice as long.

My stings just smart a little...please don't tell me they will start to itch!!!:bang:

Why is it that I've often been stung by yellow jackets, but not once bitten by a snake? You are right that those suckers hurt, and they terrify me more than snakes.

Next time you stumble on a nest of two thousand tiny, fast-flying snakes, you'll probably get bitten...

Why are dogs afraid of the rain? 16 days in a row here and a dog that whines and whimpers w/ every storm. It is flooding and I have three kids stuck in the house! :bang:

I think you answered your question with that last sentence...

Well, if you are allergic they will. Use a spray with cortizone in it if you have problems.

Your experience today is why I don't like the fabric on the left in the fabric thread (I don't like the one on the right because those monkeys are pretty scarey, plus, I think she'd get tired of them). The leftmost one reminds me of the fabric and color scheme they use at the place where I go through "that" and then have to sit there for hours waiting (these specialists don't let you leave the office until they tell you the results), wondering if I'm gonna die soon or not.

So when my decorator wanted to use those colors in my living room and dining room, I said no way. Brings back too many memories of being scared sh*tless.

Glad you survived your insect stings. Honey, I was worried about you. That could have been fatal!
