We are headed to Amelia Island.
Spouse has been working there the past several months.
The kid and I stayed here; he graduates from high school in May.
I dunno, it could all come to a crashing halt, but we are *supposed* to close on a house (on Amelia) this month.

People tell me that the Gulf County real estate market is moving a bit again, but I'd say the pace is fairly glacial. There is still a lot of waiting and seeing going on. However, the building going on at the Windmark Town Center is steady.
