The price of homes like everything else is driven by supply and demand. Here in Walton County, there's a big supply right now, with not enough demand to sustain high prices. The number of foreclosures and short sales has also driven home prices down. My friend bought his house when he moved here. He's very happy with it but his job is taking him to another place. He isn't an idiot, a damn fool or whatever colorful names Leader of the Banned has chosen to call someone he doesn't even know. The "tone" of Leader of the Banned's post is rude and hateful.

Others have called me out for making assumptions about someone I don't know and have never dealt with, and I have to agree with them. That goes against my principles, so yes I should not have done that, especially since I intend to call others out when they engage in that sort of discourse.

Yes, Cruz has caused some issues for Boehner, but is far from as powerful as the left makes him out to be. Boehner and McConnell are friends. Cruz pisses off Boehner, McConnell craps on Cruz. It's how DC politics works. Neither Boehner or McConnell have any desire to have a President Cruz. Watch how much action Cruz gets this coming session. Outside of Fox News and MSNBC. Both of them are merely playing to the useful idiots on the far fringes.
