I doubt it. This one time ... at band camp... sorry.. I was on a diet. started skipping breakfast and grabbing a moca at Panera....couldn't figure out why the weight wasn't coming off.... dam things had 50 grams of fat in them

I don't suppose that if you drop a few fridge ice cubes in while your drinking one you now created a Frap Lite! Also, the 7-11's around here have Fraps in the larger size now.

I limit myself to maybe 2 per year. Love them thought. Could drink them every day
