Wanted Short term rental needed for internship

[Caringheart]

Looking for a place to rent for my son who is doing an internship in Santa Rosa starting 5/21 for 10 weeks. He's a junior at UA, very hard working. Please let me know if you have anything. Willing to travel from Niceville or Freeport.

Hi- I have a duplex in the west end of Panama City Beach/Laguna Beach. It's about 10 mins from downtown Rosemary. One side is a 2/1 and the other a studio. I can't really rent the studio separately bc it doesn't have it's own meter, however, I can rent the whole property to someone and allow sublet of the studio. I am open to lease between 3mo-12mo. House was just vacated last week and is ready to be shown. It's listed on Zillow. Price will depend on the length of lease. Feel free to call 4049934574 if you're interested.
