All the options you suggest would be equally viable and meet with overwhelming success for the Democratic candidate.
FDR lead this country of the Deperssion and prosectuted World War II half paralyzed and in chronic pain. For Hillary to keep a schedule she has that most couldn't while succumbing to pneumonia is not a sign weakness that's tough as hell. BTW some models at a photo shoot in Central Park yesterday passed out from the unusually high humidity and heat and they were much younger and not wearing a pantsuit.
