roomie-o, roomie-o wherefore art thou?

$450 includes all! (including wifi and cable)

Share my 2br/2ba condo in Heron's Watch, in Seagrove Beach. It is near Eastern Lake and the Old Florida Fish House.

My roommate is moving out of state sometime this month, so I'm thinking Feb 1 or possibly sooner.

Perks:

nice place
awesome roommate
awesome neighbors
pool
close to beach
close to sushi

PM if interested!
