I understand. I'll just say that there were several mediocre at best places here that could stand to go regardless. Their competent staff will be reabsorbed by the better eateries (I am told that staffing the restaurants here is a perpetual problem anyway). I will also say that some of the big name restaurants here seemed to have become content resting on their laurels. My hope is that they emerge from this 'crisis' with renewed enthusiasm and commitment to excellence. No worries, plenty of new bad to mediocre spots will pop up to replace those that go under
