Yes. The music is indoors. There is a reason many of us live in the woods bayside. Always will.Wasn't that space a live music venue from the beginning when the majority of those condos were vacant?

... And the definition of a vacation is a period of suspension of work typically used for rest. I believe Seaside or Watercolor would fit your dictionary definition of a resort much more so than Redfish Village which is a Village Mixed Use designation which is 75% residential and not really a "resort". I don't believe you will find music loud enough to be heard "all over BMB" in Seaside or Watercolor unless it is an approved event. Didn't Seaside take care of that type of environment years ago? If the music being played per steelman1 was actually indoors it had to be EXTREMELY loud and would go beyond even your resort sensibility for excessive noise. If it was indoors and you could hear it all over BMB then the music was even more irresponsible. That venue is heavily insulated for sound and as long as the bands and music stay inside the venue then fine. When it exceeds this then the owners are being selfish and irresponsible to their neighbors. And there are many residential owners that have purchased vacation homes in RV when the music venue was vacant on one of the two times that it went out of business. But whoever was there first has NOTHING to do with one owner or tenant violating another's peaceful use of their property. The "if you don't like it then move" argument is juvenile and shallow. The owners in Redfish Village and Gulf Place should and I'm sure will begin to utilize the Walton County Noise Ordinance 2014-16 which was passed to address exactly these types of situations. The owners of the bars simply need to respect the rights of others. Anything less in the environments such as Redfush Village is simply greed on their parts. This area has always been known as a resort area

No. Not true for this discussion. You know what "assume" means. Been here long before Redfish Village was built. Or the loud bar at Gulf Place for that matter. There's really not much logic to your statement.Sounds like someone's got a case of "moved here now change it!"
