Needed: 1-year lease/rental

Hi, my husband and I are re-locating to the area at the beginning of September and we are seeking a 1-year lease. Preferably a 1 or 2 bedroom, hoping to stay around or under $1200/month. We have a very well-behaved four-legged member of the family but we are willing to pay a non-refundable pet deposit or comply with any other stipulation for owner peace of mind.

(If it helps, our 2 previous rentals gave us back our entire deposit.)

We know of someone who has a place coming up for rent next month. It's a nice 3BR home located in Palmetto Plantation off the 393. Great neighborhood with community pool and playground. Close to beach and bay. Lease option available. It rents for $1200 month + $250 pet deposit (we think). We are awaiting photos of it. We have a great little 2.5 bedroom, 1 bath house w/a privacy fence and large backyard. We allow a well behaved dog w/a $150 non-refundable deposit (to pay for steaming the carpets).
It is $900 a month, plus utilities.
The house does not currently have washer dryer connections, but that is something that we could have installed if we can find the right renters.
If you are interested, let me know. We had to have our last renters evicted for non-payment of rent so we will also be running a credit check on any new renter.

First and last month's rent + pet deposit is due upon move in.

The house is located 6 miles from the walton/bay line and is 8 minutes from Rosemary Beach (located on 30A).
