Maintenance Technician Needed!

Come join our growing Maintenance team!
*Responsible for completing assigned work orders for homeowners, performing general maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and on-call emergencies. Must be able to work with limited supervision.
*Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
*Performing work order maintenance repairs and other duties as deemed necessary and keeping accurate records on daily work.
*Responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on all equipment, based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and operating manuals
*Responsible for having knowledge of property’s A/C units, including being able to troubleshoot the system and make repairs to fan motors, thermostats, conductors, etc
*Responsible for performing light electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.
*Ability to perform light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, resetting toilets, replacing fittings, etc. The replacement or repair of broken glass, tile, screens, etc., is also required
*Assist the homeowner with remodeling projects including pickup and delivery of owner purchases such as appliances and/or furniture
*Must have a clean driving record and valid Drivers License.
