I may have to go to Publix today and buy a frozen mac and cheese entree and a deli fried chicken to go. If I was going to make it from scratch, I'd go to Chan's and get some aged gouda and make gourmet Mac n Cheese. I know it makes good cheese toast, so should melt okay.
