Low Country Boil

Anyone have any good recipe suggestions for a low country boil? I'm brining my outdoor cooker down Saturday. Woo hoo!

Boil yer corn and taters in lots of spices, whole onions and garlics, add Shrimp or crawfish, turn off heat and let 'em set a few. Dump 'em out and go to town.

Throw some smoked sausage in there too....makes it real yummy!!!!!!

A buddy of mine told me to cut up some connecuh sausage and drop them in there. Do they sell that down there?

I don't know about that one but just about any will do.
