My fiancé and I will move to Santa Rosa Beach after our wedding, this May. We are looking for a 12 month rental in an apartment or townhome. He will be finishing dental school near the area and I will be working. Can pay first and last months rent plus security deposit. Please reach out to me, with the price, if you have something available starting in May.
