When I was little, we called the Wash-A-Way the "Haunted House". I thought everyone called it that...turns out they didn't. Anyway, it was full of sand and we would jump off the second story into a sand dune (uh oh, dune crashers). There were old newspapers and even watermelon rines in the old cabinet. It was a great place to grow up. Then one day someone decided to restore it and make it actually usable (Mrs. Florence I think). Turns out it is now owned by one of the girls I hung with as a teen at Grayton (Mrs. Florence's grandaughter). She and her sister and cousins own it and appear to be selling it now.Allifunn said:I rented the Wash-A-Way!!! I am in love ...it is a GRAYT house!!!
