another one that was sad, depressing and good at the same time "Pay it Forward"I guess it depends on if the depressing movie is a good movie, or worthy of being all depressed and sad. I've seen very sad movies that are wonderful. some seem to have no point.
honestly, I can't even think of any right now. I don't remember taps.
I loved Shindler's List. You should watch it all the way through. It was not what I expected. It was actually a very up lifting movie in the end. Truly a story about the good side of human nature that sometimes only comes out in a horrible situation.I forgot about this one. Definitely SAD but good.
Also , Schindler's List. This is the only movie that I could not finish watching because of profound sadness. To this day I still can't bring myself to watch it.
Yes.
I should try it again. I had just given birth a few weeks earlier and I believe I might have been hormonal.another one that was sad, depressing and good at the same time "Pay it Forward"

Schindler's List is another movie I'm not going to watch again. I guess I'm done with Holocaust Movies. In a similar vein, my 4 yr old watched The Sound Of Music this year for the first time (Not all the way to the end) but he is obsessed with it. He constantly sings the songs. . .. much to his fathers chagrin!![]()
I didn't see pan's. good?

On Golden Pond- love the movie but cry everytime. Part of me still mourning my mom and her suffering, part of me sad to see Katharine Hepburn and Henry Fonda in their last great roles together.
