How to reach snowbirds

[Ohio Girl]

2014 may be the first year that we don't have snowbirds renting our cottage at Magnolia. Does anyone know of a website that caters to snowbirds or that snowbirds use for accomodations? Thanks in advance. (We do have a vrbo site).

Google snowbird organization north florida. I know Destin and Panama City Beach both have vast organizations and last minute rentals might be something they are looking for.
