Heat

New posts
It was really sweltering when I stepped outside for lunch but I guess we have it good here compared to the rest of you. Only 98 heat index. Although not a good hair day with 76 dewpoint. Heading to the Atlantic Ocean this weekend to cool off!

I just saw a bird pulling a worm out of the ground with a pair of tongs

I guess I shouldn't complain. I just read something about a place in Africa that reaches 145 degrees. Dat's hot

Gotta watch out when you wear shorts!

Good idea. The AC in my truck died. Great timing huh? The whole damn thing has to be replaced. It is a restored 86' K5 so I'm not too sure what that is going to cost but I'm sure it will be steep.

I just drove home to get a bite to eat and when I got back to the office, I looked like someone threw me in the pool. Too hot for no AC

Ahh! Nothing like peeling the back of your leg off of leather...

Still in NYC and it's just disgusting up here. NO CENTRAL AIR in any of my friend's apartments that I have been crashing in. Anxious to get back to Sowal...not so sure about moving back to the big city! There is really no place to dodge it. :bang:
