Hello,
I was wondering if we are still waiting for the Gov to make his ruling on short term vacation rentals? I haven’t heard a yay or nay yet?

Short term rentals are banned indefinitely. The one that extended til May 4 will be immediately replaced with one that doesnt have an expiration date.

From Walton County Emergency Management...
"The Short-term Rental Ban has been extended by the Governor with Executive Order 20-112 which takes effect May 4th. This order will remain in place indefinitely until subsequent action is taken by the Governor.

Executive Order 20-111 extends the ban until May 4th when 20-112 goes into effect."

My goodness, thank you for clearing that up for me.
There went 95% of the companies and lovely people I do business with ( I’m sure many are in the same boat ) ..... looks like I’ll have to get creative to make an income? I feel so terrible for all of the people that have worked so hard to create businesses and to so many talented people that are jobless now. My apologies for just catching up to speed. My Dad and Stepmom have the virus ( in Las Vegas ) and life is getting real. I can only imagine the emotions of all that are affected from this pandemic.

I hope you and your loved ones stay safe.
