Family Seeking Long-term rental

We are interested in rental properties with a minimum of 3 bedroom/2 bathroom in the areas of Santa Rosa Beach, Sandestin, or Miramar Beach. We are looking to rent for 1 year and then possibly on a month to month basis following 1 year.

We will be making our home available for long term rental beginning in January, 2007. Our home is has a master bedroom and bath, a large guest room with full bath, a room with 2 sets of bunks and a den that has a sofa sleeper that also has a full bath. We also have a large outdoor pool. We will be wanting to lease our home for 2 years. We live in Sandestin. Rent would include outside maintenance.

I have my house on the market now but am willing to lease for long term only. It is located on the west end of 30-A in Flamingo Village. The house is located on a corner, fenced in yard (pets are OK), huge screened, tiled back porch, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, tiled except for bedrooms, 2 car garage, open kitchen, family, dining room. PM me if you are interested. It is available as soon as needed. I am already out and my ex-husband is willing to vacate as soon as needed.
