Wanted carriage house or apartment end of summer

Hello!

My girlfriend and I are looking to move to the area at the end of summer. We are looking for a long term lease (For a year so). Maybe a carriage house or apartment. Any info will help! Preferably around $1,100-$1,300. Thanks in advance!

You would be lucky to find that range in north Walton County. I'm being serious. If that's your housing budget then I'm not sure moving here is going to work for you. To get an idea check out some of the local apartments, studios generally start around $1700 plus utilities.

I completely understand. We obviously will pay more, but figured could throw in a price range to see if anything like that was out there! Thanks!
