A Definition Worth Remembering

There's an annual contest at Bond University, Australia, calling for the most appropriate definition of a contemporary term. This year's chosen term was: "political correctness."

The winning student wrote: "Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and promoted by mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of $hit by the clean end."

That's funny, but remember that the term PC originated in right-wing politics as a way to criticize and whine about progressive ideas. I witnessed this first hand for a short miserable period today. I was stuck in a doctors waiting room with Fox Noise blaring on the TV. I believe the program was called Outnumbered. For most of the 20 minutes or so I was in there the shoutcasters on the show bit@hed and moaned because the President refused to use a term they felt was the correct one when referring to terrorists. As I sat there I noticed the children in the room were losing the ability to perform simple tasks like stacking blocks or placing rings on a post. Brain cells were dying as the IQ level of the whole room slowly evaporated.

Remember, these are the same a-holes who gave us freedom fries and now they feign concern for France. Had he gone we would be hearing them ***** about the cost of the trip, the color of his tie, he didn't act black enough, he acted white, he shucked and jived, he didn't use the right word to fit their fear narrative, or some other made up nonsense.
