I needed a home repair part so I went to Lowes and HD. Lowes was scary, crowded, no masks (I wore a mask) no social distancing no nothing. I left and went to Home Depot where they had one entrance and were taking a head count at the door to limit number of shoppers, asked you to keep your distance, and marked the floor at checkout to safely space shoppers.

PCB Lowe's has always been better than Destin's (even before the highway construction/destruction). They have had masking tape on the floors to guide your distancing for about a week, and cough screens between you and the cashiers for about four days now. It hasn't seemed crowded, but exposure to people's "cloud" is what is concerning. They taped off every other urinal so you don't have to be next to anyone. But it's still not a full alligator.

Yes, I was in the Destin Lowes. Thankfully I didn’t need to use the urinal. It was surprising the number of people wandering around as if nothing was out of the ordinary. There was an older worker standing near the paint area with a mask, but it was on the top of his head.

It’s not often I venture out, but when I do I try to be especially cautious since I have two type one diabetic grandchildren. I have the mask and use lots of sanitizer as soon as I get back in the car and scrub thoroughly when arriving home.

Stay home y'all.

Multiple times, but that's because I'm "essential" and all the corporate higher ups keep telling us it's fine from the comfort of their homes. I really hope of there is a God they're paying attention.
