What is the difference in your mind between what Hunter did and what Trump did in Ukraine? No one is saying either of them are innocent when it comes to abuse of power and illusion of access for pay. Neither of them are in jail. Both of them should be. Hunter has made some restitution but trump is still making money from his political PAC to pay his liabilities. It is that simple!
Trump's actions are fueling the criminal indictments. You can not blame ANY of that on the "left".
He did ask for something through many sources including himself. He wanted dirt on a political opponent's son hoping it would lead to the father (a political opponent). That is the return for something of value. If he wins in 2024 that inference of dirt between a father and a son's business it will be because of that most likely. I will give you that dirt is dirt but what you are choosing to overlook is trump's consistent and premeditated abuse of power which is the definition of dirty in politics or society which means he is willing to hurt anyone who gets in his way.
