There is a Motion for Summary Judgment pending on March 7th to grant the poor lender who was foolish enough to give this guy $2mm a foreclosure judgment. Then this poor lender has to find someone to unload this onto that wants, among other things, artificial grass on the walls

Actually it'll be auctioned off starting at the judgement amount. I don't think it'll go for the opening bid and then the mortgagor gets to unload a giant chunk of concrete. All of that assumes the current occupant doesn't hole up in it like an Afghan rebel.
