Why expect anything better (I know you don't) from the Red Team? Both the Socialists and the RINOs are going down the same path; more government intervention between a doctor and their patient. Get government out of medicine, providers will have to compete and costs WILL come down to a point of equilibrium.

So the best plan is no plan.
