Beach re nourishment should begin in 2015. I believe they have to survey first, then permit, then the work actually begins.

My prediction is a large group of NIMBY's whining about the long walk to the edge of the water.

how could that be possible for 1/2 mile east/west beachside of CR283. that area has been completely, utterly ruined by building too close. the existing tight beach reflects the problem. anything pumped in will be rendered useless in the first decent storm. the buildings seawalls/geotubes need to go and I can only think nature will rectify the gross stupidity.
