Yes! But now I just got off the phone with my Daddy. He was supposed to come for the fourth, but is awaiting news on possible surgery.Be strong my heart.
Glad you heard from youngest spawn!!! Nothing like a call from your child abroad to lift your spirits!!! When mine would call, I would be giddy!!

Small town about 1 hour south of Nashville. Folks that live there like to think of it as Mayberry. It has antique shops as well as the Webb School, a private college prep school. Last but not least is the Bell Buckle Cafe. True southern cooking and local musicians play on weekends. I'll meet you there one weekend!

I bought new bath towels....so soft. Little did I know they do not absorb any water!!

After you wash them, they will be better. Don't use fabric softener on your towels; it decreases the absorbancy.

They live next door to me, but they're gone to Alaska for 16 days. (She said that it didn't even get dark there last night, so no fireworks tonight.) Wise? I feel like a little girl--I miss 'em terrible.
