I myself like Green Day. Those African children were so cute and so happy. And those smiles. Priceless. They sang so good that night with Josh Grobin also. To be honest, they themselves are better than some of the Idol contestants. And I love Smokey Robinson. He still can sing. He definitely had a face lift of some sort. I think Blake will have more sales than Jordin. He can do so many types of music. I will buy his CD. :biggrin: BTW, who is Billy Joe? He wasn't the guy rapping with Blake was he? :blink:

The down side of Tivo is that I forgot to set it to run five minutes long, and so the show cut off before they announced the winner. I had to go to TVwoP to find out that Jordin had won.

Last year they had Prince, and this year Bette Midler? I guess they blew their big name guest stars budget for the Idol Gives Back show.
