Today, Monday December 11th, we are serving a poussin stuffed with croutons, oil cured tomatoes, and tasso ham served over a sundried tomato creamy polenta with broccolini. We close for lunch at three o'clock and reopen for dinner at five o'clock. Also, we have a new dinner item which is elk loin stuffed with grainy dijon mustard, caramelized onions, and bacon. It's finished with a pancetta veal reduction. Come on down to Uptown Grayton Plaza and check us out! Call 850-534-0960 if you would like to make reservations. Thanks and we'll see you soon.
