Camp Helen State Park invites you to go beyond your park visit, and discover the past and present, on a ranger guided walking tour where you can learn about the rich history of Camp Helen’s Historic District on the first Saturday of each month. Led by informative and entertaining rangers, you will discover and connect with the history that literally surrounds Camp Helen State Park, a Nationally Registered Historic Place.

Join the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center on Friday, September 26 from 5PM to 7PM for a Creature Feature, a screening of The Forgotten Coast: Return to Wild Florida, presented by the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation. This event is free to attend, donations are always appreciated.

The return of the Fall Film Series at the park is something we look forward to each and every year. This year is even more special as Friends Of Eden Gardens State Park present a screening of local filmmaker (and Eden neighbor) Arix Zalace's Film "The Paper Bear".

 Emerald Coast Theatre Company (ECTC) continues its landmark fourteenth season with The 39 Steps, a fast-paced comedy and thrilling parody of Alfred Hitchcock’s classic spy film. Running October 15 through October 25, 2026, at ECTC’s theater in Grand Boulevard, The 39 Steps combines a murder mystery with romance, suspense and plenty of laughs as four actors take on more than 100 characters in a wildly entertaining theatrical adventure.

Bring the whole family out to Alys Beach’s Town Center from 5-8 p.m. on September 25th, 2026 for a relaxed fall evening filled with great food, music and community.

Later that evening, head over to The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center for the First Friday Concert Series from 6 to 8 p.m., featuring live music and good vibes under the open-air pavilion.
