Hello all! 
As some are aware, I've been in North AL for months due to loss of my sister and am almost ready to go back!
I've been hearing such horror stories
re:rentals, cleaning, lawncare, etc.., that I know I can help! My intention has been to get back into Real Estate, so I'm considering my options in the SOWAL area. Someone has mentioned on the board, about living in one poperty(even guesthouse) and managing their others. I'm just not sure about specifics, yet.
I'm anxious for any feedback, OK? Heck, I'm even wanting the exercise, to possibly handle some cleaning! ;-)
