Beachfolly, a women’s boutique in the heart of WaterColor, is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team part-time. We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in creating a beautiful, welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate is upbeat, self-motivated, and ready to help every customer have a fun and memorable shopping experience.
Duties include:
-Greeting and assisting customers
-Helping customers with product selections and purchases
-Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system
-Folding, restocking, and organizing apparel
-Keeping the sales floor clean and merchandise looking its best
-Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
-Supporting daily sales goals and store operations
Retail experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important.
