Beach Crab
We are in need of a LTR to house 2 families starting mid-July. Looking for a rental home anywhere from Destin on south to Rosemary Beach along the coastal areas. The house would need to have at least 4 bedrooms (prefer 5), tile or hardwood flooring would be great, fenced yard and a garage. A great school system is a MUST! The 2 families would be my husband (currently in Iraq and will be for awhile longer), myself and our 9 year old daughter as well as my sister, her husband and their 2 kids (ages 13 and 6). We have 2 male neutered dogs (small, less than 25 pounds) and 2 female spayed/declawed cats . My husband and I own a home in Colorado that we will be renting out when we move and know the value of a great tenant! Both families are very clean, respectful and responsible. We would prefer a 12 month lease with rent being below $2000.00 per month. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
