And if so how is their service / speed? I am sick of paying MediaCom $$55.95 mo.!!!
We had Embarq and were not at all pleased with the service or speed. We are much happier with MediaCom.

You can get a cheaper price with Mediacom than you are getting. Just call them and tell them you're thinking about switching and ask what they're best price is. We are currently getting internet service through Mediacom for $29.92 (we use Dish so we don't have t.v. cable).

:shock: Wow you are paying a lot. I pay 100 bucks a month for phone , cable and internet with MediaCom. Call them they will deal.

My Embarq bill is $61.66 this month. That includes 1.5 Mbs high-speed internet and local phone service with no extras (no caller id, etc.). We never have an connectivity issues.
