Are Mama Sea Turtles going to still be allowed to use “THE” Beach?

Just curious, are Mama Sea Turtles going to be allowed to use “THE” beach that they have been crawling onto out of “The Gulf of Mexico” for thousands of years, long before there was “SOWAL”, “30A", “MEGA MANSIONS”, “BFO”S”, and all the other crap we humans have brought to the coast.

Or will private security gaurds, shine bright lights in their eyes, and yell and scream at them to get off this “PRIVATE” beach and go somewhere else, you’re “TRESPASSING”!

Just wondering!

I am pretty sure Sea Turtles cannot read.

The amount of light pollution we have created is sad. The stars and the moon used to dominate the night sky. Now it's hard to see them. The turtles suffer along with every other creature including humans.

Very few homes near the beach use red lighting. Which is beautiful and cuts down on light pollution. Many do not even meet turtle lighting code. And there is no enforcement or societal pressure.

Is Sea Turtles laying their eggs on “THE” beach considered “Customary Use” ??

I bet those damn turtles are actually from Latin America, and they come to this beach to give birth so their offspring can be U.S. Citizens!

Like I said, I don’t think Sea Turtles can read!

If they could, they would know that does not work anymore.
