You're lucky. My neighbors throw the entire cars in the yard and leave them for years. One vintage pick up truck appears to have a chest-type freezer in the back of it.
They park 4 large boats around the house, too, but 3 of them seem to be operational (as opposed to the cars.)
They park a big dumpster in front of the garage, and the wind blows the trash out of it into my yard. Before they got the dumpster, they were just putting the trash over the fence into my other neighbor's yard.
The dumpster kind of complements the portable storage trailer in front of the house.
There is a dead rototiller parked by the pool. (Inexplicable.) When they do mow the grass, they mow around it. (Same for cars, boats, dumpsters...)
For several years, they were selling live bait out of the garage. Big trucks with big diesel engines were in and out of there at all hours. My other neighbors and I called code inforcement nearly every day.
All of this means that they have no other options--the driveway is the only place left to park.
I would rather they DIDN'T mow the grass; it hides all of this stuff. Besides that, my neighbor is about the size of the lady on the far right of my 'Tar, and her yellow lawnmowing bathing suit is really tiny...
